Our Pilot Project seeks to foster a new
generation of young entrepreneurs by
equipping them with abilities and skills that
will last a lifetime. The program consists of
three 16-week stages completed over
3 years, and a follow-up session after
program completion. The curriculum
includes entrepreneurial skills, soft skills,
hard skills, and self-knowledge tools.
Embarking on different experiences will
help participants discover their path and
potential.
THE STAGES ARE:
Awareness
During this stage, the participants will be exposed to entrepreneurial skills, soft
skills, self-knowledge tools, and interaction with other participants.
Exploration
The participants will explore business opportunities and strive to identify and
synthesize their interests, skills, and attitudes.
Decision Making and Preparation
The young entrepreneurs will receive guidance to help them define the academic
path that will serve as the foundation for their entrepreneurial journey.
Follow-Up
After graduating high school, program alumni who are enrolled in college will
receive access to a series of webinars, seminars, and networking events. They
may also participate in activities related to other stages of the program.
Each of these stages comes with a tailored curriculum that focuses on business skills found in the Thoma Bravo Playbook, the operating model used by Bravo Family Foundation founder, Orlando Bravo, to run hundreds of companies over the last 20+ years.
The program also offers students access to community experiences that develop their sense of social responsibility. At the end of each stage, the students present their entrepreneurship ideas and experiences at the “Bravo Day!”.
