What is EYES?
Empowering Young Entrepreneurs (EYES) is the Bravo Family Foundation’s comprehensive youth development program
We integrate a mindset of self-sufficiency, entrepreneurship, technology, and structured academic support to close opportunity gaps and unlock the full potential of high-achieving youth in Puerto Rico.
Through strategic mentorship, hands-on learning, and direct exposure to industry leaders, EYES develops:
- Sense of self-sufficiency
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Technological proficiency
- Purpose-driven leadership
- Structured academic preparation
Our model doesn’t just educate. It transforms mindsets and builds sustainable pathways for socioeconomic mobility.
OBJECTIVE
Expand opportunities for high-potential youth by equipping them with the mindset, skills, mentorship, and real-world experiences needed to build successful career pathways from an early age.
Since its launch in 2022, EYES has generated measurable and sustained outcomes:
- 450+ youth impacted
- 100% participant satisfaction with our entrepreneurship workshops and resources
- 95% of parents report significant improvements in their child’s responsibility, motivation, and personal growth upon completing the program
These results reflect a structured, externally evaluated model committed to continuous improvement.
OUR PROGRAMS
- Bravo Challenge for Youth
Our flagship entrepreneurship program for high school students.
It builds entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, strategic thinking, and presentation skills through an intensive hands-on experience.
- Update && Upgrade
An advanced tech training subprogram designed to meet the demands of today’s job market.
Equips university students with skills in programming, Python, FrontEnd, Backend, and emerging technologies. We will soon offer artificial intelligence and Web 3.0 courses.
- Bravo Pathway
A structured support subprogram from 11th grade through the first year of college.
Gives students a clear view of universities in Puerto Rico and beyond, with career guidance, academic support, and facilitates a successful transition into college.
