Bravo Challenge for Youth is the flagship leadership and entrepreneurship development program of Empowering Young Entrepreneurs. It is designed for public high school students from ninth through twelfth grade who seek to develop entrepreneurial skills, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.
Over the course of an academic year, participants engage in:
26 experiential, hands-on sessions
Real business idea development
Experiences of self-discovery and personal empowerment.
Mentorship from entrepreneurs and professionals
Collaborative team-based learning
Executive-level presentation training
This subprogram culminates in the Bravo Day event, where the students pitch their ventures to industry leaders, gaining real-world exposure and valuable feedback. It goes beyond individual achievement, contributing to Puerto Rico’s economic and social growth by developing driven, impact-focused young talent and fostering a results-driven, production-oriented mindset.

Participation Requirements
Bravo Challenge for Youth
Public high school students
Demonstrate a genuine interest in developing business skills and entrepreneurship.
Commitment to attend all Saturday sessions: participation in all workshops from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. is required.
Family Support: Parents are responsible for ensuring attendance, compliance with the rules, and transportation.
Complete all sections of the application form.
Selection Interview: Applicants are evaluated based on their commitment and fit for the program.
Update && Upgrade is EYES’ tech subprogram, created to bridge the gap between traditional education and the in-demand skills of today’s workforce.
With a hands-on approach aligned with global trends, the subprogram sharpens technical skills and boosts professional competitiveness.
Our goal is to deliver advanced technical training in key areas often missing from traditional curricula, even at the higher education level, empowering students with the skills and expertise to boost employability and drive professional growth.
