Bravo Challenge for Youth is an initiative under Empowering Young Entrepreneurs that promotes entrepreneurship in the next generation. Based on the operating model of Thoma Bravo and the experience of Orlando Bravo, the program offers a year of dynamic, hands-on learning guided by young entrepreneurs. Through interactive experiences, participants develop business skills, strengthen their ability to pitch ideas, and receive expert mentorship.
The program culminates with Bravo Day, where students present their projects to industry leaders. This initiative not only fosters individual success but also contributes to Puerto Rico’s economic and social development.

Participation Requirements
Bravo Challenge for Youth
Eligibility: High school students with limited access to entrepreneurship education and support.
Entrepreneurial Vocation: Must demonstrate a genuine interest in developing business skills.
Attitude over Academic Performance: No minimum GPA required; enthusiasm, dedication, and potential are prioritized.
Family Commitment: Parents must support attendance, comply with rules, and provide transportation.
Complete Application: The form must be filled out entirely.
Selection Interview: Applicants are evaluated on their commitment and fit for the program.
Mandatory Attendance: Participation in all Saturday workshops from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM is required.
Update && Upgrade is an initiative designed to reduce the gap between the current educational offerings and the skills demanded by Puerto Rico’s industries. Our goal is to provide advanced technical training in key areas often missing from traditional curricula, enhancing employability and professional development.
With a practical approach aligned with tech trends, Update && Upgrade offers specialized programs for youth interested in technology and programming:
Sudo
An intensive summer program for high school students interested in computer science, programming, and networking. It includes a full week of immersion in programming and network systems.
UPDATE
Specialized workshops for youth with basic programming knowledge who want to sharpen their skills and prepare for advanced studies.
UPGRADE
Training in cutting-edge technologies such as Web 3.0, advanced artificial intelligence, and other disruptive innovations.
Key Features

High school students interested in careers in computer science, programming, or networking.
No prior experience or minimum GPA required.
Must have parental or guardian permission and ensure transportation and punctuality.
Update && Upgrade
Program mainly aimed at college students with prior knowledge in programming or technical fields.
Looking for youth highly motivated to strengthen their technical skills and build their professional path.
Participants must follow the code of conduct and dress code, and manage their own transportation.
Attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
No specific GPA required; selection is based on passion, dedication, and potential.
