Our Program
The Bravo Venture Fellowship is the Bravo Family Foundation’s most selective initiative, built to support breakout founders of Puerto Rican descent as they scale their companies to national and global markets.
Each year, we select a small cohort of exceptional founders building ambitious companies in Puerto Rico, New York City, or Miami. Fellows receive a significant equity investment on founder-friendly terms, one-on-one strategic mentorship from senior leaders at Thoma Bravo — one of the world’s largest software buyout firms — and dedicated support in strategic communications, operations, and fundraising.
The Fellowship is a one-year partnership designed for founders who have already found traction and are ready for what comes next: scaling operations, entering new markets, and raising institutional venture capital. Many of our fellows don’t need capital today, but they recognize the long-term strategic value of having Orlando Bravo and the Bravo Family Foundation as partners on their journey.
